A Linked Learning Pathway

The CARE Pathway was designed for students who want to pursue careers in the health care field.  This series of courses allow students to take courses that are medically focused and after completion, students will either become Clinical Medical Assistants or they will be on their way to becoming an Emergency Medical Responder.  The ROP classes give students college credit and will provide them with internship opportunities. 

Students in the capstone ROP Certified Medical Assistant class during their senior year learn skills like taking blood pressure, drawing blood, and giving shots.  They graduate high school as CMAs.

Community Service

Each CARE student is required to complete Community Service Hours by May 15th for the completion of the Pathway requirements:

9th Grade -- 10 hours

10th Grade -- 20 hours

11th Grade -- 20 hours

12th Grade -- 20 hours
