Local Scholarship 2024 Application

Grand Terrace High School provides scholarships from local businesses and organizations to assist students with their post-secondary educational endeavors. In order to be eligible for a local scholarship, you must complete and submit your application by Thursday, April 25, 2024. ANY APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

CRITERIA:
1. All applicants must be a GTHS 2024 graduating senior.

APPLICATION PROCESS (PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE YOU BEGIN):
1. Please fill out and submit the online application form.

2. Be prepared to provide information such as your high school activities and courses taken, your parents’ occupations and family income, your future educational plans, any extracurricular activities that you participate in, and three teachers that can be used as references.

3. The application includes a short essay of no more than 500 words describing your Post Secondary / College and Career Goals and why you believe you should be considered for a scholarship. THE ESSAY IS A VERY IMPORTANT PART OF THE APPLICATION, SO PLEASE CONSIDER WORKING ON IT AND REVIEWING IT AHEAD OF TIME BEFORE FILLING OUT THIS ONLINE FORM.

DEADLINE: 
An application must be submitted online by Thursday, April 25, 2024.
Paper and emailed applications will not be accepted.
