THE COLTON HIGH SCHOOL PUBLIC SAFETY TEAM

The CJUSD Public Safety Team has been a fixture at Colton High School for over twenty years.  Provide direction and leadership in supporting the educational needs of Colton High School by insuring a safe learning and working environment. Our team provides mentorship, security and safety to district students, staff and district facilities 10 hours a day, 247 days a year.

COLTON POLICE DEPARTMENT SCHOOL RESOURCE PROGRAM

In October the school district and the Colton Police Department enhanced its partnership by re-activing its high school resource officer program. Your school resource officer works 0700-1600 hours daily and is located at Colton High School with the Security Supervisor.

OFFICER RICH RANDOLPH – COLTON JOINT UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT

After 11 years of service working patrol and at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, Officer Randolph handles calls for service at CHS and Washington School.  He is also responsible from graffiti investigations, at risk juveniles and program referrals for parents and students throughout the CJUSD.  Officer Randolph is one of the coordinators for the Colton at Risk Teens (CART) Academy which serves all of CJUSD, Grand Terrace, all of San Bernardino Unified School District, and outside district referrals based on the Academy Commanders approval.
