CJUSD & Student Data Privacy

General Information

CJUSD collects and maintains information about our students, both and present, and takes the security and privacy of this information very seriously. CJUSD uses a variety of technologies to aid in the prevention of unauthorized disclosure of such information. CJUSD also shares some of this information with service providers and other educational entities in accordance with Federal and State laws with regards to information sharing.

CSDPA

CJUSD uses the California Student Data Privacy Addendum CSDPA) which has been developed by the California Student Privacy Alliance (CSPA). The CSPA is a collaboration of California school districts that share common concerns around student privacy. The CSDPA that CJUSD uses with educational vendors and partners is provided below:
